Pizza Dough

1 tbsp yeast

1 cup hot water

1 tbsp honey

Splash of olive oil

2-2.5 cups Flour

In a mixer bowl, add yeast to hot water and honey. Let bloom.

Add the oil and 2 cups of flour. Knead with mixer until it pulls away from the edge.

Sometimes I need to add more flour, sometimes more water. The dough should feel slightly sticky. If im running short on time I just spread on the pan with toppings. If I have extra time and want breadsticks I will let the dough rise in the bowl for a while.

Bake @ 500F roughly 12 minutes or until the crust looks done.

Toppings: ENDLESS.

I have a homemade, canned sauce I use. My family loves pepperoni pizza, but I will also fry up some ground beef with salt and pepper and add it to the pepperoni. So delicious while getting in all the nutrients that BEEF has to offer.
