Steak Fajitas
Sirloin steak – sliced into thin strips
Peppers – sliced thin, any color
Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté peppers. Heat another pan with olive oil and sear the steak strips. Add them together and sprinkle with taco seasoning. The pepper to steak ratio is your choice! I use taco seasoning instead of fajita seasoning because it’s one less thing to buy! I serve these with corn tortillas. They are extra delicious with fresh pico or guacamole.
